Refund & Cancellation Policy - Savitri Publications

Savitri Publications follows a fair and transparent refund policy, keeping in mind the nature of publishing services and printed materials.

Publishing Services

  • Fees paid for editorial, design, printing, or publishing services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • In cases where services have not yet started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Book Orders

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The book received is damaged
  • The wrong title was delivered

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch.
  • Once a book is dispatched or printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
